1. Strategic Business Partnering
β’ Serve as the primary HR advisor to assigned business units (e.g., Tax, Audit, Advisory, Shared Services).
β’ Partner with line managers to build workforce strategies that align with business goals.
β’ Actively participate in strategy planning, forecasting, and performance reviews of assigned units. β’ Use data and people analytics to provide insights on attrition, engagement, and productivity.
