The HR Business Partner (HRBP) plays a crucial role in aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units.
- Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance.
- Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
- Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
- Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success.
Requirements
- 5β8 yrs HR experience
- 3β5 yrs BPO / Contact Center required
- Strategic + handsβon HR role
- Partner with Ops & Site Leaders
- Employee Relations & Labor Law expert
- Performance, Workforce Planning & HR Analytics
- Manages 300+ headcount environments
