HR Business Partner

Full Time | Grande Prairie, Alberta | Starting at $75,000 per year (commensurate with experience)

Job Summary: The Agency is assisting a client in recruiting a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for maternity leave coverage, starting the middle of July. The HRBP works in close partnership with leaders to align people strategies with business objectives. This role provides strategic HR advice, supports leadership effectiveness, and enables organizational performance while ensuring alignment with the organization’s values, governance, and policies. The HRBP will also provide backup to the HR Generalist and Senior HR Manager.
