HR Planning & Execution Timely and high-quality implementation of HR plans, projects, and policy enforcement from HQ and regional shared service centers. Pagpapatupad nang maaga at may kalidad ng mga plano, proyekto, at patakaran ng HR mula sa Headquarters at rehiyonal na shared service centers.
Recruitment & Staffing Independently develop and leverage multiple recruitment channels to ensure headcount targets are met and workforce structure remains healthy and balanced.
