Support day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, and HR administration in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Conduct onboarding/orientation and offboarding for employees
• Manage foreign work pass administration
• Maintain training records and operator certifications
• Handle eLeave administration in Workday and reporting
• Update and maintain employee records and P-files
• Support HR welfare and employee engagement activities
• Manage probation confirmation tracking
• Provide daily HR operational support for blue-collar workers

• Diploma in HR, Business, or related field
• At least 2 years of HR experience
• Experience in HR operations preferred
• Familiar with Workday is an advantage
