JOB DESCRIPTION:-
• Ensure HC delivery to business through effective planning, absenteeism assumption and studying external impact like weather, festival etc.
• Lead employee connect and engagement: Engage with employees to ensure higher morale and productivity, handle grievance, employee query etc.
• Proactive sensing of ER issues and timely escalation to leadership as required
• Proficient in data analysis, report & dashboard preparation through effective usage of HRIS and MS excel office
• Stake holder Management : Critical part of this role is stake holder management including and not limited to Operations Leaders, manpower agency, transportation and canteen vendors etc.
Basic Qualifications
- 6+ months of human resources experience
- 6+ months of customer service experience
- 6+ months of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
- Experience in confidential environments
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
