Duties
- Coordinated training administration, including course nominations, registrations, attendance tracking, and participant communications.
- Managed training logistics, course materials, venue arrangements, and programme support.
- Processed training payments, reimbursements, and funding claims in accordance with company procedures.
- Maintained accurate training records, certifications, and employee learning history in the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Monitored training completion, post-training documentation, and compliance with learning requirements.
- Min Dip in HR or any relevant qualifications
- Able to commit for long term
