Job Description
Key Responsibilities Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities such as sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding Maintain and update employee records and HR databases Prepare HR documents including contracts, memos, certifications, and reports Support timekeeping, attendance monitoring, and payroll coordination Assist in employee engagement activities and company events Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures Ensure proper filing and confidentiality of employee information Support implementation of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Coordinate with different departments for HR-related concerns Perform other administrative and HR tasks as assigned
