Job Description
- Location: Woodlands
- Work Timing : Office Hours
- Salary: $2,760 - $2,900 per month
- Duration : July 2026 - Jan 2027
- Handling basic staff inquiries on welfare and benefits.
- Maintaining staff records and processing staff welfare orders/disbursements.
- Processed customised cards and messages for occasions such as get-well wishes, newborn celebrations, marriages, condolences, and retirements.
- Collating content and preparing the monthly HR Publication
- Supporting coordination of engagement, volunteer, and welfare activities, including vendor liaison, eDM creation, event logistics, and feedback collection.
- Minimum a diploma in Human Resources Management or any related discipline
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
