Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate with recruitment teams, operations, and clients/employers
2. Ensure candidates are properly endorsed to the next stage (training, onboarding, or deployment)
3. Collect, verify, and organize pre-employment requirements (IDs, contracts, medical results, etc.)
4. Ensure all documents meet company and government standards
5. Prepare deployment folders or digital records for each candidate
6. Inform candidates about deployment schedules, requirements, and updates
7. Answer inquiries regarding onboarding, job assignments, or requirements
8. Provide reminders for lacking or incomplete documents
9. Liaise with clinics for medical exams
10. Maintain a tracker of candidate status (e.g., pending requirements, cleared, deployed)
11. Update internal systems or databases regularly
12. Report deployment progress to HR officers or managers
13. Perform other HR-related c...
