DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Directly report to the HRD Manager
• Handle end-to-end recruitment activities including new employee orientation
• Process and issue required documents for newly hired employees (ID, contract, ATM form, uniform, etc.)
• Utilize social media accounts for recruitment
• Create newly hired employees’ 201 record
• Update Plantilla of Personnel from time to time
• Record in Logbook all incoming documents related to HRD
• Update and monitor contracts of active employees especially for renewal
• Prepare and issue Certificate of Employment
• Perform HRD related tasks such as updating employee records (201)
• Route inter‑office memoranda
