Job Description
Our client, a progressive training company specialising in compliance training within the financial services sector, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join their team.
The successful candidate will provide administrative and coordination support to the HR department, assisting with recruitment, employee records, training administration, payroll support, and general HR processes.
Please note that this is a fast-paced environment that would suit an individual with above average energy levels and excellent communication skills.
Minimum Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or related field
- 12 years experience in an HR or administrative role advantageous
- Basic understanding of HR processes and labour legislation
