Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Accurately process employee timekeeping and payroll for both weekly and monthly paid staff.
  • Ensure the accurate processing of government benefits remittances.
  • Coordinate with government agencies regarding mandatory employee benefits.
  • Maintain and update the master list of all employees.
  • Process final pay for separating employees.
  • Enroll regular employees in the company's HMO plan.
  • Assist employees with inquiries or concerns related to their benefits.
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of B.S Psychology or any related course
  • At least 1 year of work experience in compensation and benefits
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective administration and people management skills
