Job Description
Responsibilities
- Accurately process employee timekeeping and payroll for both weekly and monthly paid staff.
- Ensure the accurate processing of government benefits remittances.
- Coordinate with government agencies regarding mandatory employee benefits.
- Maintain and update the master list of all employees.
- Process final pay for separating employees.
- Enroll regular employees in the company's HMO plan.
- Assist employees with inquiries or concerns related to their benefits.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Qualifications
- Graduate of B.S Psychology or any related course
- At least 1 year of work experience in compensation and benefits
- Proficient in MS Office
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Effective administration and people management skills
