Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees. Coordinate and schedule training programs and workshops for employees. Assist in the preparation of payroll and benefits administration. Respond to employee inquiries and provide necessary support and guidance. Assist in conducting employee performance evaluations and maintaining performance records. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
