The Team
The HR team plays a central role in supporting Nockoldsβ people-first culture, ensuring colleagues have the guidance, tools and processes they need to thrive and deliver exceptional service to our clients. Working in partnership with leaders across the firm, HR provides a professional, approachable and confidential service across the full employee lifecycle β from recruitment and onboarding, through learning and development, performance and wellbeing, to employee relations and policy. We also support firmwide initiatives such as workforce planning, people data and systems, and continuous improvement of the employee experience, helping Nockolds remain an inclusive, values-led workplace where everyone can grow and feel supported.
