II. JOB OBJECTIVE
- Leads, plans and implements efficient processes in ensuring timely and accurate payroll and employee benefits.
- Leads, plans and implements efficient processes in delivering Administrative relevant requirements of the company.
III. SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Human Resources β Compensation and Benefits
- Responsible for preparing an accurate biβmonthly payroll calculation, including salary adjustments, loan and other deductions using the My HR payroll solution.
- Responsible for calculating sales commissions using an automated commission excel file and thereafter creating manual payment transactions in My HR payroll solution.
- In coordination with the GL Accountant, responsible for creating and uploading accurate payroll entries in Epicor before month end.
