The HR & Admin Officer is responsible for leading and overseeing the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, strengthening employee engagement, driving operational efficiency, and aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution in recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, performance management, and workplace compliance.
