Job Description
* Supports the people management functions that underpin the business culture. HR facets includes Recruitment and Selection, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, Learning & Development, Organizational Development and Labor-Relations. * Review and maintain the work structure by updating the job requirements and job descriptions of all positions. * Supervise recruitment and on-boarding processes, which includes preparation of employment contract and orientation program. * Develop, review and implement personnel policies, which includes employment conditions, employee benefits, code of conduct and house rules. * Develop and review performance evaluation and process recommendation provided for the regularization of contractual or probationary employees and yearly review of regular employees. * Review and develop wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan. * Create, disseminate and communicate memos of all HR related concerns, which includes ch...
