We are a construction company in Singapore seeking a HR & Admin Assistant to support daily HR operations and administrative functions in a foreign worker–heavy environment (100–300 WP holders) .

You will assist in work pass administration, attendance tracking, payroll support, and site coordination , ensuring smooth manpower operations across multiple project sites.

• Assist in Work Permit (WP) applications, renewals, and cancellations via Ministry of Manpower
• Maintain and update worker records (passport, WP expiry, medical, insurance)
• Support onboarding and offboarding of foreign workers
• Track daily attendance and assist in monthly payroll preparation (OT, allowances, deductions)
• Assist in leave management (annual leave, sick leave, no-pay leave)
• Coordinate with site supervisors for manpower deployment and updates
