The **HR Analyst (Sales Compensation)** owns the end-to-end calculation and governance of sales incentive payments for a portfolio of employee groups across the EMEA region. The role is responsible for executing accurate and timely incentive calculations, managing exceptions, ensuring audit-ready controls, and partnering closely with HR, Finance, and Sales stakeholders. This position offers hands-on exposure to complex sales compensation structures and the opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement and plan effectiveness.
