Job Description

Role: HR Analyst

Location: New York, NY


In-Office Schedule: 5 days in office


Compensation range: $130-150k base salary plus bonus

Our client is a global investment firm operating in a highly dynamic, entrepreneurial, and high-performance environment. The team is looking for a HR Analyst to join their team in NY and support a broad range of HR initiatives across the firm.

Reporting to the US Head of HR, you will:

  • Support the preparation of employment-related documentation, including offer letters, employment agreements, agency contracts, and release agreements.

  • Maintain and manage HR data across the HRIS and employee files, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection standards.
