A successful 11–18 secondary school in Kidderminster is seeking a meticulous and organised HR & Compliance Administrator to support staffing and safeguarding processes from January 2026.
The Role
You will support recruitment, maintain staff records, manage pre-employment checks and ensure the accuracy of the Single Central Record. The role requires a high level of confidentiality, accuracy and understanding of compliance within an educational setting.
