Are you a process-driven HR professional with a passion for Employee Relations? We are looking for an agile and detail-oriented HR Advisor to join our client's HR team.

Reporting directly to the ER Lead, you will play a pivotal role in supporting a large, diverse, and mixed workforce. This is a high-volume, impactful role where your ability to navigate complex legislation and maintain a high standard of procedural fairness will be key.

The Role

As the first point of contact for leaders and employees, you will provide fit-for-purpose advice on a range of employment-related matters. You won’t just be answering questions; you’ll be deep-diving into policies, awards, and legislation to provide sound solutions for a complex operational environment.
