This role is responsible for managing disability, leave administration, accommodations, and return-to-work processes, while also supporting onboarding, HR compliance, accessibility initiatives, and HR reporting. The successful candidate will serve as a key resource for employees and leaders, handling sensitive matters with discretion and strong judgement while ensuring compliance with multi-jurisdictional employment legislation.
