Job Description

Time Appointments are pleased to be working with a steadily expanding company in Bury St Edmunds who are now looking for a HR Advisor to provide core support to their HR team.

This role is perfect for someone looking to work on a variety of HR related tasks in a fast paced environment within a growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Day to day HR management reporting to the HR Manager.
  • Participating in employee performance reviews.
  • ER case management.
  • Amendments to contracts.
  • Conducting exit interviews.
  • Assisting with payroll administration.
  • Advising on training and development.
  • Absence management/RTW meetings.
  • Assisting with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in creating an effective and efficient workplace.

    • You will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years HR experience.
  • A general understanding of HR policies and procedures.
