Advert Text We are seeking a talented and experienced Human Resource Advisor to join South Essex College HR Team. We are a large College with provision across several campuses within South Essex, where we deliver Further Education, Higher Education, Apprenticeships and Adult Education. The successful applicant will preferably have a Level 5 CIPD. The desired candidate must:
- Have experience of working in a fast paced environment.
- Have knowlege of employment law - Full casework provision. - Be good at building stakeholder relationships, prepared to be MHFA. - Act as trusted advisor to Line Managers, experience of working with Unions.
- Have excellent attention to detail.
