This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive HR professional with a strong employee relations background and previous experience working within an industrial, manufacturing, engineering, logistics or construction environment.

This is a fast-paced, operational role where you will work closely with managers across the business to provide expert HR support, manage complex ER casework, and help drive a positive employee relations culture.
