Position: JNR HR ADMINISTRATOR with BIOMETRICS experience
Location: Mobeni, KZN

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Assist the HR Manager with administrative duties
2. Maintain ERS Biometric experience - loading of new employees
3. Ensure pay slips and IRP'5's are sent out
4. Manage organizational charts
5. Onboard new employees
6. Prepare employee starter and induction packs
7. Handle terminations
8. Assist with WSP submissions
9. Check invoicing
10. File documents
11. Assist with any other ad-hoc duties

Minimum Requirements:

1. Diploma/Degree in Human Resources
2. 1-2 years of relevant experience
3. Computer literate
4. Clean criminal and credit record (will be verified)
