Support HR functions at America Fujikura Limited as an HR Administrator on a 1-Year Contract. This role emphasizes onboarding, administrative support, and client interaction in a hybrid work environment.
AFL seeks an HR Administrator to manage critical HR operations effectively. You will play a crucial role in onboarding new employees, handling asset distribution for clients, and ensuring proper offboarding procedures. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will enhance our organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate onboarding processes with hiring teams
• Manage and track client onboarding requirements
• Oversee asset collection during employee exits
• Resolve client access issues in collaboration with teams
• Maintain accurate HR records and reporting metrics
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of administrative experience required
• HR administration experience is advantageous
• Strong organizational and data management skills
