Job Description
**Description:**
+ Maintain and update employee records, including new hires, resignations, and status changes
+ Track attendance, leaves, and assist payroll data preparation
+ Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures
+ Coordinate training sessions, meetings, and HR activities
+ Maintain HR databases and ensure accuracy of information
+ Prepare reports, letters, and internal correspondence
+ Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
+ 1 year of experience in HR or administrative role (preferred)
+ Knowledge of HR processes
+ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
+ Experience in HR systems ( is an advantage)
