Job Description
Key Duties & Responsibilities
• Implementation and monitoring of human resource policies, systems and procedures in line with applicable rules and regulations
• Maintenance and update of employee records and generation of reports to facilitate decision making and compensation management
• Implementation and coordination of job documentation and employee’s recruitment, placement and orientation processes
• Facilitation of employee promotion, transfer, retirement and benefits payment
• Maintenance and update of market remuneration survey to form the basis for developing and/or reviewing compensation policy of the company
• Implementation and coordination of performance management system and employee’s appraisal cycle
• Coordination and monitoring of training assessment, clerical, transport, janitorial and security services
