Shoul have proficiency and knowledge on
comprehensive HR/Admin Functions, conversant
with regulatory compliance pertains to salary, PF,
Professional Tax, Shops & Establishment, ESI to
name a few. Pleasant pewrsonality, ability to
carryout with the employees, aptitude for a team
building, training modules, policies etc.
