Job Description

Basic information: Monday - Friday 8.30am-6pm Basic UP $3200 Location: Pasir Ris Drive 1 year contract (renewable) Job Scope: Provide general administrative support to the HR team. Update and maintain employee records and HR databases. Assist with recruitment tasks such as job postings and interview coordination. Prepare HR-related documents including contracts, letters, and reports. Support onboarding and offboarding processes. Respond to staff enquiries regarding HR matters. Help coordinate training sessions and track training records. Ensure proper documentation and filing in line with company policies.
