Job Description
Location: Keppel Bay Tower Monday to Friday Time: 9am-6pm BASIC UP TO $3,000 Job Scope &Requirement: Support daily HR and administrative duties, including document preparation, filing, interview coordination, and ad-hoc tasks. Maintain and update employee records, leave, attendance, medical claims, and personal data in the HR system. Prepare employee letters and coordinate with external vendors for system-related matters. Any other duties assigned by the HR team. Min 1-2 years working experience as Admin. Min. NITEC in Admin and above. MS Office (Word & Excel) Meticulous, responsible & able to work independently.
