Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding)
- Support hiring requirements for other subsidiaries / group entities, coordinating recruitment activities as needed
- Prepare and issue offer letters, employment contracts, and HR documentation
- Handle employee onboarding & offboarding processes
- Maintain and update employee records and HR database (HRMS)
- Monitor and manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
- Coordinate with PRO for Visa processing and Labour contracts
