Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on HR & Admin Operations Specialist to manage all HR and administrative operations across the company and its branches.
This role is fully operational and execution-focused. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee relations, government platforms, residency management, payroll coordination, and branch HR support.
This position is suitable for companies under 50 employees where the HR function requires full-cycle execution and strong operational control.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate with department managers.
- Prepare job offers and employment contracts.
