- Be the superstar recruiter for both permanent and temp roles—onboarding and offboarding included.

- Manage training administration and track budget.
- Handle all types of staff insurance and medical claims like a pro.
- Payroll processing of 150+ staff accurately
- Stay on top of HRIS updates and MOM compliances .
- Maintain and manage all employment contracts (local, foreign, re-employment—you name it).
- Conduct surveys, including those MOM requests.
- Keep HR policies organized and approvals in check.
