Job Summary
We are seeking a hands-on and independent HR Manager to oversee end-to-end talent acquisition while managing the full spectrum of HR and administrative functions in Singapore. This is a standalone role with no direct reports, requiring a highly self-driven professional who can balance recruitment, HR operations, and office administration responsibilities. Talent Acquisition (Core Focus) Lead full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, reporting and offer management Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies, including: LinkedIn Recruiter / LinkedIn Talent Insights Job portals Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and advise on talent market conditions Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle 2.
