Key responsibilities Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding
Oversee monthly payroll processing, compensation & benefits administration, insurance matters, and statutory compliance
Support HR operations across Singapore and coordinate HR matters with China and Vietnam offices
Partner closely with department managers and key stakeholders to resolve HR operational and employee-related matters
Review, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures
Handle employee relations matters, disciplinary issues, and employee engagement activities
Maintain employee records and prepare HR reports and manpower statistics
