Job Description
Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Full-cycle hiring and smooth onboarding processes.
- Employee Welfare & Mobilization: Handling relocation visas, welfare programs and workplace culture.
- Strategic HR Planning: Workforce planning, succession planning, Emiratization and performance appraisals.
- Training & Development: Identifying and delivering employee training programs.
- HR Policies: Managing and updating HR policies and ensuring legal compliance.
- Team Management: Leading HR, Admin, IT & ERP teams.
- Administration: Office logistics, travel arrangements, licenses, site office management.
- IT & ERP Oversight: Ensuring smooth IT operations, software licensing and ERP system functionality.
- Medical Insurance: Overseeing renewals and reimbursements.
