Job Description
Job Descriptions:
• Handle full spectrum of HR administrative functions, in compliance with HR Policies, Audit requirements and legal obligations
• Coordinate with HQ on work pass application, cancellation and renewal
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process
• Support onboarding & off-boarding of staff, e.g. Orientation, Issue of Contract, Uniform, Locker, Name tag
• Perform an array of administrative tasks, e.g. airport pass application, security clearance for sensitive areas, arrange for foreign workers’ medical check-up, issue of employment contracts and letters, mainta...
