Job Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for rank and file to executive roles across departments.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to analyse workforce requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies aligned with organisation goals.
• Source candidates using diverse channels including job portals, social media, career fair and employee referrals to build a robust talent pipeline.
• Conduct screening interviews to evaluate candidates’ technical skills and cultural fit.
• Oversee the entire employment process including onboarding, confirmation, transfer, promotion, and offboarding.
• Administer work pass applications, renewal, and cancellation; liaise with MOM to resolve related issues and coordinate dormitory arrangements for foreign workers.
