HR & Admin Executive
to join our HR team. Working closely with the HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing a broad range of HR and administrative functions. This is a handson role where versatility, attention to detail, and initiative are essential. A critical aspect of the position is the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion, ensuring that employee and company data is safeguarded at all times. Key Responsibilities Human Resources Manage end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, and offboarding. Maintain and update employee records and HRIS with accuracy and confidentiality. Maintain and update leaves and time attendance records Handle work-pass related matters (applications, renewals, transfers, appeals) and ensure compliance with MOM regulations.
