Job Description
The HR & Admin Assistant will support the HR & Admin Manager in a wide range of human resource and administrative functions, playing an important role in ensuring smooth HR operations and providing efficient support to both employees and business needs. This role requires someone who is independent, meticulous, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, while maintaining a strong service excellence mindset.
Key Responsibilities Human Resources & Payroll Support- Maintain and regularly update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases accurately
- Support end-to-end onboarding processes, including workstation setup, stationery, uniforms, and PPE (where applicable)
- Assist in work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations
