Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR Services team
- Manage and organize day-to-day office operations
- Handle confidential HR documentation and records
- Assist with various HR-related projects and initiatives
- Support team communications and scheduling
- Contribute to social media content and posting
Required Skills
- 1-5 years of relevant work experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Previous staffing or temp agency experience
- Experience with Canva
- Social media management experience
