• Human Resource Functions
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, work permits, passports, and other HR documentation.
  • Coordinate work permit applications, renewals, cancellations, and MOM-related matters.
  • Arrange medical examinations, training courses, insurance renewals, and dormitory matters for foreign workers.
  • Monitor staff attendance, leave records, and payroll information.
