Job Description

Contracting Outsourcing Management Services Incorporated

On-site - Muntinlupa | 1-3 Yrs Exp | Bachelor | Full-time

Job Description

  • Consult with the employer and identify employment needs.
  • Manage administrative duties related to employee records, recruitment, and HR processes.
  • Assist with onboarding, training, and employee relations, while maintaining HR documentation and systems.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and collaborate with other HR team members.
  • Monitor and manage personnel matters.
  • Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 1–2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, and proficiency with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
