Location: Based in Brent. This floating support service may involve outreach sites, personal homes, and office space. Step‑free access is available at the base office but cannot be guaranteed at external locations.

Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, rotating between 08:00 and 18:00, working 8‑hour shifts. Outside hours may be required as needed.

About the Role

We are hiring a Housing Support Worker to join our team in Brent. In this role you will support participants who have been or are at risk of homelessness, social exclusion, mental health challenges, substance use challenges, learning disabilities, or previous convictions.
