Your new role

We are seeking a Housing Support Worker to join the Nacro team in Newcastle/ Sunderland on a 3-month fixed-term basis. The main focus of this role is to provide support to Residents by creating person centred support plans. You will meet with Residents, discuss support needs and how you can support them to meet their objectives;plete Support and Safety Plans, work withmunity Probation Practitioners and Court Staff to best support our Residents. You will also need to be able to help Residents with applying for Housing Benefits and paying rent etc.
