Our client is looking for an experienced Cessation of Duty officer
This role is part of the new Cessation of Duty Team and will play a key part in delivering the council’s key agenda of reducing the number of applicants in temporary accommodation or needing to go into temporary accommodation by ensuring offers of accommodation or other means to end Pt. 7 duties are enforced in a timely and robust way and can be defended on review.

This position will entail holding a caseload and working with applicants in the first instance to accept an offer being made where possible. The roles will work closely with colleagues across Housing, Legal Services, and partner agencies including ASC and CSC.
